Interpay Africa ( “Interpay Africa,” “we,” or “us“ ) knows that you care how Personal Information

that owns or controls us, or a company that is owned or controlled by the same company
that owns or controls us.

able to become an Interpay Africa merchant or wallet holder or use the Service.

We will retain your Personal Information permanently, however we will use your Personal Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You consent to our using your email address to send you Service-related notices, including any
notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail.
